Under ideal circumstances one is supposed to do a parasite cleanse ( Black Wanut hull and other stuff) before an LF but I can tell you that the vast majority of folks go directly to the LF. At some point I did do the parasite cleanse. I didn't pass anything. At least not that you could see with the naked eye. The claim is that many of the parasties are microscopic.

The horndog thing was just another "benefit"................................;+D
