The 'not getting stones a bad thing' was just an idea, not something I was trying to set in stone.
Just simply believing that these 'stones' that come out of you are toxic, calified cholesterol deposits, after you do a fairly rigorous and strange regime and create a bit of a test tube of your intestines, is non-sensical to me. Especially if they 'melt' once they leave the body, they're the same colour as olive oil, you're not supposed touse colourless oils to do it, when tested they have negligible cholesterol content, etc... etc... etc...
I don't think the whole thing is rubbish. I think it's a useful protocol. I just don't believe they're 'stones'.
I think the idea that they're these things that have been lying latently in the liver, congesting you and making you sick is a satifying and therapeutic mindframe, but not one that's based on truth, as I see it.
