Re: Really Skeptical...
I've done alot of reading this morning and I'm still not convinced.
I actually suspect that the 'stones' are also dependent on concentration of bile salts and digestive acids and their ability to emulsify fats.
It's no wonder really that once people start 'living clean' (ie. adopt a vegetarian/vegan diet and start 'bowel cleansing') that they get less results with the liver flush. These diets can leave us seriously HCl and bile deficient because of their lack of quality protein, so you'd be much more likely to just poop out the oil, rather than have your body create 'stones' from it.
I don't know if my suspicions are correct or not. I'm just very skepitical.
Has anyone actually crushed their stones between their fingers? Mine were just like soft olive oil wax. >>>>>>>>>
Hi there
I usually stay in the background and do not post anymore when it comes to skepticism on flushes. Not too long ago I posted my own experiences with my flushes, the green "stones", and how I went to three different doctors to have them tested. They were all sent to 3 separate labs because I wanted to make certain I would get my answers! To make my long story short, all three tests came back negative for cholesterol being present. I was very disheartened over this because I became very very ill after flushing. I *thought* I was getting somewhere. I ended up traveling to a naturopathic doctor who really knows their stuff! I did a flush and passed more of the "green stones" and gave a fresh batch of this to her and kept a few for myself. We both did an experiment by letting them sit in the room temperature. I played with mine too. I touched them, smooshed them between my fingers and all it consisted of was oily greasy and waxy texture. They melt after a couple days or so. The naturopath told *me* to stop flushing because it was abusing my body. My liver was not producing those green things, it was a product of drinking the lemon juice and olive oil mixed w/ the salts. All of my lab tests came back conclusive that these have no cholestorol in them. I had them chemically tested on the last 2 tests.
I'm doing sooo much better since I halted the flushes. I notice that with gold coin grass I pass the stones on my own without flushing. Painlessly too! I have taken tiny flat black shards that have a tiny white crystal shards too in to be tested by the naturopath's lab. Now THOSE came back as being true gallstones! I was happy to know that I had found *my* cure. Believe me, the flushes made me very ill, it threw my hormones off balance and created a problem in my menstrual cycles. I had pain off and on that was terrible after a flush. All of this came to an end once I stopped flushing, stuck with a healthy diet, use good fats, and gold coin grass. I also use some other liver supporting herbs. I am totally amazed at how the gold coin continually has worked by crushing the stones I have and helping me pass them on my own. A chinese herbalist I buy my GCG from in the next city told me I could flush all I wanted to, but the Gold Coin will dispel those stones as they are softened and crushed up.
I haven't been in pain for a long time. No gall bladder attacks! I even cheat once in a while and do just fine.
So this is *my* cure : ) I want to be clear that in posting my own experiences with flushing does not mean I am debating flushes, nor discrediting it, debunking it, or what ever! I do not care what other people choose to do for their cure. I am just very very happy I have found mine.
As for
Liver Flushing goes, my naturopath said to do one once or twice a year to clear out the liver and keep it healthy along with my herbs. I also do yoga which is very healthy for your liver. Ohhh and lots of water!
Good luck to you. I hope you find your answers and your cure!
If you ever want to look up my posts I also used to post under PainIsMyLife here
