Re: Really Skeptical...
I've done alot of reading this morning and I'm still not convinced.
I actually suspect that the 'stones' are also dependent on concentration of bile salts and digestive acids and their ability to emulsify fats.
It's no wonder really that once people start 'living clean' (ie. adopt a vegetarian/vegan diet and start 'bowel cleansing') that they get less results with the liver flush. These diets can leave us seriously HCl and bile deficient because of their lack of quality protein, so you'd be much more likely to just poop out the oil, rather than have your body create 'stones' from it.
I don't know if my suspicions are correct or not. I'm just very skepitical.
Has anyone actually crushed their stones between their fingers? Mine were just like soft olive oil wax. I think I'd be less skeptical if they didn't simply resemble the gunk I drank last night with some water content dragged out.
That's not to say that I'm not going to continue on with my planned program.
I've got a 4 day apple fast, followed by another 'flush', then onto
The Master Cleanse on Saturday.
I guess I just wouldn't want to be going into this in blind faith, you know?
