Urgent Public Notice The Legal Problem With MMS

The issue that the government has with this product is multifaceted.

1. It is not classified a medicine nor has it the approval as a medicine, however, it is being proclaimed as "curing" cancers and diseases, (even though millions of cases shows that it does), it should not be marketed as such. (although it is very non toxic and extremely efficient at killing the causative pathogenic organisms at a rate far surpassing ordinary chlorine and without the toxic byproducts of chlorine and ozone therapy) that are causative of all human disease. Namely: pathogenic organisms. It should never be marketed as a "cure" for anything other than what it is currently "approved" to be marketed as: A safe potable water disinfectant. CLEAN THE WATER! (Hint.Hint.Hint Keep In Mind... The human body is 70% water) (***Note If the human body is 70% water why then are doctors not required to study water chemistry?)            
2. It is not classified as a dietary supplement as it does not contain any nutrients. It should never be marketed as a "dietary supplement"

                        The approach to presentation is all that needs to be changed. The current form of blogs and forums are fine due to the protection of "authorship" provided by the U.S. Constitution and upheld by the Supreme Court in very recent rulings that addressed the issue of blog comments as presented by the ACLU that basically states that websites such as blogs and social forums can not be held responsible for the articles, replies, and comments of "visitors" to such sites.

       Blogs and forums such as this one would be the legally accepted format to promote the "curative" claims of "the people" and not the sellers of such a product.

                 Sedona Health Labs Inc.'s issue with this product specifically relates to the cost of the product being charged by "unscrupulous" hawkers of this product.

It appears that almost all of the current sellers of this product are mainly interested in the "profit potential" of chlorine dioxide, and are making more and more outlandish claims and undertaking such deceitful marketing tactics such as "MMS PRO", "MMS Premium Grade",  thru heavy concentration of chlorine dioxide in the solution which is NOT needed and only makes the chlorine dioxide aka mms more toxic and dangerous to use.

FACT: The propensity to "assume" that if a little is good then more is better, IS WRONG concerning this product. Matter of fact in almost all marketing that we have seen this has been the case.

Sellers and marketers: MORE IS NOT BETTER!  Do not let your lack of understanding, and your greed cause the unnecessary physical damage of others, and lead to the further progression of the crack down on this product. Back Off and "LEARN"

NOT 10-20 parts per million as is commonly hawked, or excesses of citric acid which only make the solution more "ACIDIC" this is utter nonsense as shown clearly that a reduction in acidic intake leads to a healthier body so why in the world would you want to put more health damaging acid into people who do not understand the effects of the addition of high levels of acid. Do you yourselves not understand this very basic law of microbiology?

Is this why so many people are getting sick and stomach upset from sodium chloride AKA MMS? You Bet It IS!

                         All these types of tactics are only promoting more sanctions by the government, and only further adding to the issues of MMS causing illness and adverse effects when consumed as directed on so many websites.

As the clinical reports and scientific data suggest the human body operates best on "minimums" it is how nature designed the human body. The old saying of "Too much of anything is not good" is not more clear when addressing this issue. An "overabundance" of any substance will lead to imbalance, and imbalance is the definition of disease.

Please advise all marketers of this product to also visit and see examples of how Chlorine Dioxide is "approved" for use, and therefore "approved" to be marketed.

In Closing: This product was NOT intended to be a "money making" product. Many sites and hawkers of Chlorine Dioxide today are violating this vision, and in their marketing schemes are the causatives for the current legal actions. Re-evaluate your intent. and stop using the emotions of the poor, and seriously ill peoples as a means to only line your pockets as many of you have been trained to do in todays society and mlm schemes.
