Your views are definitely worth more than a cent Cisco. I haven't actually used the search systems on CZ much, so I really can't comment on their ease of use, or otherwise. I have heard others say much the same thing as you though, so maybe some changes in this would improve things a bit.

I absolutely agree about the moderation, or lack of, on several forums. The bullies of CZ use this to their advantage, making personal attacks, knowing there will be no consequences. It puts people off posting, particularly newbies.

I would also like to see some definitions, such as which forums allow disagreement, (by this I do not mean debate, but simply the ability to disagree with another poster, without being labelled a troll, agent etc). I would also love to see a notice at the top of forum pages, to let the users know that the forum is actively moderated, or not, and who the moderator is. This would mean that people could post on a forum, without fear of being harassed, because they would know the forum was monitored, and that the TOS would be enforced.
