Cisco, I understand what you are saying about the format of CZ being archaic. Many people in my country, in my own town, in fact, and other remote areas, do not have broadband internet, wireless mobile, etc, our internet service is as archaic as this website.

They are using dial up internet access with 56K modems, circa mid nineties. They do not have access to other technology yet. CZ format loads easily, and reasonably quickly for these people, as it is less graphics orientated. People (and there are still a great deal of them), don't want a format that takes forever to load a single page.

The CZ format is easy to use, for those on less than ideal internet connections.
