If you are happy with the online version you cannot buy the codes for less at the moment as far as I am aware. the book could be good but from what "dijs" has said here on curezone it is just one code. I really think its important to have the full 12 for honing in on specific individual problems. The manual that the healing codes comes with is very comprehensive and you can use the index to look up your issue to find the correct corresponding code to do. I continue to refer to the manual and do the codes as the maintenance program suggests and I have had absolutely wonderful results. I use it in particular for emotional issues stress, frustration, depression and truly whatever comes up when I apply the codes it is not unusual to feel the energy move out within minutes.
