I am in a lot of stress. The past two years has been awful. I am listebing to you about blackstrap molasses. I'm a research junkie and I read all about it. It's really nutient-packed. Very good for the body.
However I do not have time to fast again, I must continue on this journey until it's done, because I am moving to another state. That cannot be delayed.
I am feeling no bad effects from eating the chicken, just this instant energy that will help me to commute for an hour lol.
I am still in ketosis I hope. Before I started my fast I significantly reduced my carb intake and I'm guessing I was already in ketosis by day one.
Thank God my bf is very supportive (he does short fasts now and then).
So I will be at his place for a week, just drinking water and relaxing. No family to berate me for not eating.
So even though I broke my fast just for the sake of travel, the place I'm
going to is going to be even more conducive for fasting.
