I have to go to nyc today and this weakness will prevent me from doing so. Just going to the bathroom makes my heart palpitate.
So I broke my fast with baked chicken. A small drumstick. I know I should have broken my fast with juice or fruit but I want to remain in ketosis. I shall resume my fast tomorrow.
I feel strong already. I chewed tiny pieces carefully, drank a lot of water in between bites, and it took me an hour just to eat a small piece of drumstick.
Thoughts anyone? Still wanna forward with fasting. In my opinion, the hunger pangs is nothing compared to the weakness I felt during my 7 day fast. So I should be ok restarting it tomorrow.
