Re: #122756 don't give up here!
Maybe I can sell my house to our optimistic friend.
I'm glad you are out of it, it varies here. We just had a couple of rainy days, now just going to our shop and the grocery store, I have burning eyes and a sore chest. It feels like the 70's used to in LA when you could see the air. I don't know if it's because it's so damp, and the toxic stuff was in the rain, or it's from something blowing in from the Gulf.
Another thing that's been helpful is eating a lot of watermelon, it's good for your kidneys. It's also easy if you happen to have little kids. If you can keep your liver from getting too toxic, and your kidney's going, that's a good deal of the battle. Lots of liquid.
I have a chronic headache, only several days of staying indoors seems to help with that. I did take an ibuprophen when I was just sick of the pain, and my liver immediately complained, so don't do that. I'm back to tons of caffiene, but I'm getting cranky form lack of sleep- but the caffiene does work for the headaches, it's a vasoconstrictor.
I suspect that there is toxic stuff all over the place, its a very odd sensation to feel like this from breathing, and not have it be smogy, it looks like a typical pretty cloudy Florida day.
Glad you are here, I hope it helps...
