Re: #122756 don't give up here!
Thank you Julie. I have been here for awhile and reading the post and finally decided to create an account when the oil spill happened. Have been trying to clean up my living for the past few years and what a great resource Curezone has been.
(Houseplants clean the air in the house (it sounds dumb, but it's a lot cheaper than an air filter) spider plants are good for this.)
I do not have a green thumb but have managed to keep an aloe vera plant alive for a year, so maybe I will try the spider plant next.
(too much benzene exposure- boron, or boraxo- it helps when you get a lungful of the stuff that smells like a gas station.)
I worked in an environmental laboratory for 10 years and feel extremely toxic to BTEX & TPH in general as well as PCB's, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, etc. All I have to do is smell them and I feel nauseous. I am not sure how to take boron or borax, but will search through the post for that info. I do take a vitamin that has boron citrate in it. Thanks for the suggestion.
(Take something for your liver, which is going to be challeneged- I've been taking a lot of tumeric, it seems to help me with a lot of things.
Vit C in big qualitites has helped)
Have been taking these daily, but maybe need to up the Vit C.
(You can also get yourself on Newports rife list, check the rife forum.)
I got myself added to the doctrine as soon as Newport posted the invite after the oil spill.(and my dog Ray-Ray)
I moved inland to my lakehouse and found a job in the Dallas, area. I have been eating crappie out of the lake, it is very yummy! Probably should stop that. I still believe the air is bad up here from the spill as we are experiencing the same symptoms. I still have a lot of family members very close to the gulf that I worry about and they just do not get it. Still take their babies in that water. They say the news say it is fine. My brother just recently went to the hospital, said he thought he was having a heart attack, they ran test and sent him home, said he was fine. Anyway sorry for the long post. Hope you and yours get out of there soon!
