By all means embrace life, but do not abandon caution either
I have never insinuated that anyone should abandon hope or roll over and die. As a matter of fact, I have posted many constructive suggestions. Neither however have I insinuated that people should in any way grasp at the false hopes put forth by BP, the Obama crowd or the complicit agencies who are attempting to cover over the disaster with rosy statements that are in no way consistent with what has happened or what independent scientists, reporters and witness are telling us.
It may be your intention to offer hope, but when I look at the body of your posts on the subject I see you have continually grasped at many of the false hope messages. You may disagree, as is your right, but in my opinion, and I daresay the opinion of many others here, a great number of your posts have been more than simply posting against the wilder theories.
I don't want to see mass hysteria or people abandong their lives to hand wringing, but I surely don't want people to bury their heads in the toxic sands and get the false and decidedly dangerous idea that things are normal or even that they are going back to being normal.
By all means embrace life, but by all means do not abandon caution.
