A great help for gas / bloating is enzymes; betaine HCL + pepsin are most helpful. Together with vitamin B and some Zinc helps digestion problems /gas within a week or two.
Other types of enzymes helps too, but these two are most important. I took it 2-3 times a day in the beginning; before bigger meals.
