On a very personal level, I must say that my own biggest problem is DIET. So know that this next question is based upon my OWN problems with consistency.
What is your diet like?
If one cannot get their eating under control, with good digestion and elimination, it's a lot more difficult to implement any good supplementation with a great degree of success.
Just asking.
I won't go into all the why's of my own problems. I could post in a WHOLE SLEW of forums to make my point and justify every single aspect of my own problems. But, suffice it to say that I know my own problems stem from the fact that eating is my biggest problem, STILL, way too much...and too much of the stuff that just isn't good for me.
