Sometimes we miss the most obvious of things:
Are you getting enough water and salt every single day?

Please don't take offense to this, as I myself have been guilty of this just this week!

(And look at my NAME!) yikes...sometimes I literally have to set the timer, where the 'beeper' reminds me to DRINK!
