When I meant i was stuck on steps 1,2, and 3, I was specifically referring to Candida, Bowel, and parasite cleanses. I've read a lot and people generally say that you cannot cleanse a liver with parasites in it and you need a cleansed kidney in order to do a liver flush. On top of all this I also suspect I have heavy metal poisoning which also requires that you have cleansed both your kidneys and liver.

But for the last 18 months I have been busy cleansing my candida and I haven't gotten rid of it yet so I've just never been able to move on. LPB is telling me that it's ok for me to just start doing Liver Flushes and that he thinks they will be a big help. I'm scared, but I've decided that I'm going to start the parasite cleanse even though my main problem is candida. Once I've started I'll feel comfortable enough moving on to the kidney and liver. Of course there are variations on each cleanse and each person will find issues finishing each part. I believe most people who have parasite and/or candida issues find it extremely hard to get rid of.
