What I did was basically combined the restrictions and any food I had a bad reaction to I removed. I can actually tolerate most fruit now without issue as long as it's in small servings otherwise I get reactive hypoglycemia. I also am trying to alkalize my body so I'm eating about a 2:1 ratio of vegetables to protein. I get a lot of cucumber, zucchini, onions and garlic in soup. I also eat a lot of salads with avocado. I drink kale juice about 3X a week.
Other than that I buy all organic as long as it's possible and while I can tolerate brown rice, I've cut it out anyway. So for now my diet consists almost solely of grass fed beef, safe fish, organic chicken, organic lettuce and green vegetables. I also follow the instructions for keeping hydrated by drinking in excess of 1L per 50lbs of bodyweight.
