Liver flush stuff
Ornithine isn't necessary. I've tried ornithine and never noticed anything. I've literally bought it all. For future reference, i'd advise anyone reading this to stop buying supplements or anything with magnesium stearate in it. We already don't have good digestion- Mag. Stearate really prevents us from using the supplement, all so they can make it faster. Its pretty much a lubricant for the machines. Anyway, back to the point.
FOOD GRADE
Epsom Salts from any CVS, etc is the one everyone on here gets. Regular Epsom salt.

so Epsom salt, Phosfood (or OPA),
Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil (extra virgin olive oil), at least three lemons (try to get organic ones- i do)and u're set. The idea is to not eat any fat for a day before the flush (give at least 24 hrs, to allow the bile to build up) also try to eat lightly through the 5 days before it.

Specifically that one. Chanca piedra is amazing at priming the liver for one of these flushes. It helps produce more bile, it decongests the liver, and best of all if u have any gallstones, it does break them down.
