Concerning Candida, it is not
Sugar that is to be feared but FAT, yes, it is by now well proven that excess fat (which when 25% and above of total body weight is high, and people usually have it at 30% and higher ) is what makes
Sugar trigger candidiasis. If you go down considerably in you consumption of fats or have no overt fats for a good while (you will still be getting fats in fruits and vegetables, and that´s the ok amount), and by fats I mean the raw food fats specially: avocados, durians, and all sorts of nuts, you will normalize the candida volume in your system and be able to eat all the fruits you want.
Please DO READ Dr. Douglas Graham´s book: The 80/10/10 Diet, which is more a GENIOUS lesson in physiology than a diet´s book. In it there is a chapter just on candida and there are many success histories too.
And if you do have cancer you have to consider POWERFULL alternatives and not just alternatives. Please find these alternatives here in this site:
