Re: Slowly dying... Need help/advice on what to do

First of all don't give up, there are a lot of solutions that can help you. If you are pretty hell-bent on the raw food program, I would investigate a book by Gabriel Cousens called Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. He outlines a raw food program and how you can help your body to heal from things like candida using only raw foods. I tried it and personally wasn't able to stick to a raw food program because of the weight loss. I fluctuate between 115 and 120 on a "normal" diet, but raw food brought me down to 105 and I looked scary. Eat nuts, nut butters, avocados. I also think you really need to try some liver flushes, check out Hulda Clark Liver Flushes and use lemon instead of grapefruit.

I would also check out the http://www.modernherbalist.com
He offers a candida rotation protocol using antifungals I had never heard of, and you rotate them every 4 days, because yeast become resistant to all antifungals over time because they are pleomorphic a.k.a HARDY!
When I followed the Rainbow green food raw food program I only lasted about a month before looking too skinny and I had eliminated all sweet fruits/veg. So I was living off pistachios, almond butter, red bell pepper (no carrots). I personally don't think that you can eliminate candida that is serious, by only following this Gabriel Cousens method. It takes too long and without some type of antifungal type thing, you just can't get it out fast enough before you waste away. I just began a new product called Adya clarity, which is unlike any other candida program I have ever tried.. SO easy. But I am leary to recommend it to you, until I have tried it for the 30 days you are supposed to take it, so I can really see for myself what the results are.
Also most superfoods I have found have some kind of fruit in them, usually amla berry or acerola cherries. In my experince ANY kind of fruit/sugar/carrots is going to delay your progress if you really have candida. In addition, I would say if your body is not tolerating any food, check out a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme. I was getting bad stomach pains after eating all kinds of foods and after taking a digestive enzyme, I can eat all kinds of stuff that was upsetting me before.. I am currently taking the "Digestmore Ultra" digestive enzyme, made by RenewLife.
Don't give up!! Good luck!
