Re: Slowly dying... Need help/advice on what to do
Hi,
Here's what I think since I've been, maybe still am(dealing with some more weird problems but I know I can beat them like the others), in a similar situation. I thought I was dying last year, I'm still not right but I'm still here. You really have to stop stressing, stop thinking that you're going to die because you're not. I think your mother is probably stressed herself, and is just adding more stress to you because she's been brainwashed like many others on this planet(my mother included). I've learned to keep my cleansing to myself, get out of the house as much as possible! So step 1 is to stop stressing. I've found the less stressed I am, the healthier I feel.
Ok, so meds don't work and I also know from experience because they've also made me worse. And you're really mad about it, me too, but right now you have to stay relaxed, eliminate the stress. Step 2 is move forward.
Cleansing, although most might disagree with me on this one, sometimes doing too much isn't very good. I found in my experience that cleansing slowly but thoroughly worked pretty well. I also found that SLEEP is VERY IMPORTANT. So step 3 is to get sleep.
Get outside more, get off the computer. The electricity levels in today's world is so harmful that it might even be the reason for your ailments, not to mention the other forms of unnatural poisons we're continuously exposed to but that's another story! Go outside, ride a bike, get your mind off of your problems killing you and focus on how you're going to beat it. You're still here, you're not going to die.
Try getting a massage or some body work done, it helps with circulation and stress. Sometimes that feeling that you're dying is your body telling you it's working. The old saying that pain is weakness leaving the body. It's not going to happen overnight, I know very well, but you're doing the right stuff and it will eventually kick in.
I don't know what else I could add besides everything you're already read. The Candida stuff is tricky, but from what I read you have to stick to just greens for the first month, and it's at least a 6 month process(at least according to Gillian McKeith Food Bible). What I've tried recently and it seems to help a bit is sleep with a clove of garlic in your sock.
If you want a friend to talk to I wouldn't mind, just pm for my email.
