Could you share with us what you and your husband now consume during the day.I know for a fact which i've proven
to myself years ago that if one eliminates Sugar and carbs
that one feels very healthy and along with the omission of
sugar and carbs i added daily meditation which had a lot to
do with feeling great.Breakfast is always the hardest for
me to change,i love my oatmeal,toast and peanut butter.
