Re: Water Quality...
I agree with all you said, but I cannot agree with the belief-system that underlies them.
I would like to think at least in my own case, that the
Water Fasting between meals and at night is enough.
If you eat two times a day and perhaps a juice-meal, the body gets an incredible amount of time in-between meals to detox and heal (if you allow it to).
But then what's important is that you can assimilate the food quickly. And that the food is pure and natural (is as close to it's natural form as possible, and has not been exposed to a lot of "cides" (borrowing your word)).
But what I am questioning is this focus on
Water Fasting by itself as the solution.
It's like an "all or nothing" attitude...
And I think that fasting on green juices and some fruit juices for supporting the actual fasting time between meals, is even better than water alone.
But I don't have the experience to compare them yet. As I have at best fasted on only filtered water.
And at best only fasted on blended green drinks with mostly fruit juices.
And I would like to use certain herbs to support healing and detoxification.
So I say that one should first look into changing ones usual diet, in order to allow for detoxification every day.
I mean, just changing ones diet from cooked to raw can be extremely challenging for many people.
