Water Quality...
This forum is more active than I thought... So perhaps this message will benefit someone.
When I first got into improving my health I read a bit about water fasting, and my reading material was poor.
So guess what the result was: a
Water Fast on tap water!
And I was running far too much each day, so it lasted for 3 days.
I enjoyed these fasts a bit, even though they were the most difficult fasts I have done (but I didn't know about juice fasting at the time).
And to me it seems like most people on this forum is also lacking reading resources.
Damn, you guys are getting fooled and brainwashed by these people writing things on the net.
What about some common sense?
You must listen to the subtle messages of your body, and eat a natural diet of raw organic or even wild foods, and super-foods. Eat like our incredibly strong and healthy "relatives" (chimpanzees).
And start giving your body proper resting, and stop worrying about everything.
Only then should you consider water fasting. And never should you fast on only tap water or filtered water.
Spring water or clean water from a mountain creek is real water.
I myself can't wait until spring and summer where I can live on spring water and wild herbs and plants!
And flooding my body with mineral-rich plants, grass, roots and powerful phytonutrients, and oxygen from the wonderful optimal air in a deep forest. And constantly being in contact with the energy of the earth through my bare feet, and through my whole body while bathing in cold creeks or lakes. While all you can hear and smell is the forest.
And the sun! The sun warming your skin, pulling out the blood into the skin, and more efficient detox through sweating. And help us produce vitamin D.
It's beautiful: Nature has everything we need to regain health and vitality.
That is what's important! Not depriving your body of nutrients get it into an inefficient detox, where toxins are just being recycled, and you feel more and more sick.
When you learn to live with and love nature, efficient detox will simply be joyous.
Give your body some rest and peace by consuming more green vegetables to alkalize it, and remove the stress-causing acids.
And if you can't get
Water Fasting out of your head: try to get some water that actually does your body some good.
At least it should be reverse osmosis water.
