Some of your symptoms are similar to mine so thought I would write. I am sensitive to gluten and have an autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease. This is inherited but there is a cure - going on a gluten free diet (no wheat, barley, rye). Your crawly skin feeling may be a periphal neuropathy common in CD and it clears up, as do some of the other problems you mentioned, of a gf diet. If your baby also inherited the tendency to get this it would also be affected by any gluten in your diet.
When I have problems I usually read up about them on the Dr. Clark Information Center. Even if you don't want to use her programs her explainations about what is happening are very clear and you don't need a medical education to understand them. She also warns when not to use a procedure when pregnant and has a parasite program for children.
