Liver flushing
Wen,
I'm also basically "new" to liver flushing, but maybe I can put my 2 cents in and help you. I first did the "Doc Sutter" flush, and then I tried
The Clark Flush . I'm not an "expert," but I've learned quite a bit in just the 10
Liver Flushes that I've done, with thanks to help from Pioneer1 and Js.Mom whom I met on the
Liver-Flush forum. I've actually revised the flush recipe and combine parts of Docs and Clarks flush so there's very little prep.
I too got REALLY sick when I started late last fall with my 1st liver flush. One night during my 4th and worst LF, I was so nauseated I had to get back up and I stayed up until 5am watching cartoons! It passed though. Now, I don't get any nausea and the stomach discomfort is very little, if at all any. The only adverse side effect that I experience now is a not so restful night of sleep (even with Ornithine) the night of drinking the potion.
What I'm getting at is that there's probably stuff being dumped from the liver that's been there for DECADES, so it's almost a given that the first few flushes are so toxic and sickening. I even broke out on my arms and hands from some toxin that was dumped from the liver in the early LFs. You should keep going...it only gets better. I found that doing a
Liver-Flush and following up the next morning with a
coffee enema brought out a ton of junk...stones, candida, dead F. Buski skins, and toxins were evident as after the
Coffee-Enema there would be clusters of bubbles floating on top.
My last 2 LF's/CEs have revealed no more F. Buski skins, but still a lot of small stones and loads of candida. If you want any further help, drop me a private line and I'll try to assist.
I'm new to the Rife forum as I've just bought an F165 and bean, but still not sure if this bean is transmitting and killing stuff though. So I ordered accessories and will and try the direct contact method. Nevertheless, the LFs will continue until clear!
Cheers
