There are many things you can do to get some peace.

First of all it would be wise to give up all stimulants like coffee, pop etc and get on a good diet of raw foods with no toxins like herbicides, pesticides on the food. Clean up all toxins in your life. Use good oils like hemp, toxin free fish oil, flax and coconut. Eat lots of greens, dulse, barley grass, etc.


Then its on to the emotional mental healing.

Look into the following modalities...

EFT, TAT and Sedona Method, all which you can do yourself. read up on brain plasticity and retraining the amygdala which is the main part of the brain that triggers fear and anxiety responses. Also the adrenals and thyroid will be involved. The diet and supplements later to come will help this along with de-stressing your life. There is a lot you can do to retrain this mechanism. Over time you will get better. Also don't fight the anxiety, This sounds counter intuitive but just let things be. It hasn't killed you yet. What we resist persists so allow it, explore it and reshape its meaning. try re-framing the anxiety from suffering to excitement. There are many NLP techniques to help with this.

if you want more ideas let me know. I can lay lots of them out there for you. I have studied fear mechanisms and have a decent understanding of the process form many angles.

Supplementation should be B vitamins (good quality), Vitamins d3, vitamin c (natural form) and insitol.

Be patient and also start making a daily list of everything in your life you are grateful for. trust me on this, it works.
