I have similar symptoms. Have you considered that you have adrenal issues? I have what is called adrenal fatigue outside of conventional medicine, and called borderline secondary adrenal insufficiency.

I too am unemployed and I have looked around and applied to hospitals that offer financial aid. Unless you are out in the distant mountains, you might be able to get a free test. If not, consider doing things to improve for someone with Adrenal Fatigue. There is a very active AF forum here on CZ. There is a book by a Dr. Wilson.
