Take it or leave it but if I were you, I'd try to find a protocol that is gentler on the liver. I have been battling candida for 15 years - last time was in 2000 and I managed to get better from it. But during that year 2000, I took Diflucan (Fluconazole) and after two weeks, my liver swelled up. And since then, my liver has been damaged I assume since it swelled up a few times more (and when it does, it is considered chemical hepatitis - serious nausea, and just borderline jaundice). So if you ask if you're doing permanent damage with your outrageous drug cocktail, I will tell you from experience YES no doubt.

I am now nearly one year battling again candida (and parasites - cryptosporidium). But for the past couple years, candida had been creeping back into my system gradually, insidiously - I had gone back to sweet diet - lots of tropical fruits, jam, breads... And I believe it had even gone into my lungs. I kept getting these endless bronchitis which were not viral nor bacterial...

I finally collapsed last year with a three months bronchitis, I was seriously sick and at that time candida was huge. I fought with what I had - natural antifungals (iodine, raw garlic, essential oils) until my liver blew up again and then I couldn't do nothing against candida anymore except starve myself on a super low carb diet (basically turkey and green veg) because when the liver is out, then you're really screwed.

The last thing you want to do is damage your liver - it is essential in the fight against candida or any infectious disease.

I managed to bring candida down to a level 1 (on lab testing) and then found out had cryptosporidium - a nasty protozoa which just won't leave. See this was the reason why I got caught in this loop - candida will never get better until the parasites are gone.

Meanwhile I also discovered I had heavy metal poisoning which cancels out the immunity necessary to control parasites and candida.

So in my opinion, you are seriously impairing your chances of ever getting over candida with that brutal, weird protocol.

People here know that candida must be fought on many fronts: detox the body so the immune system comes back and restores dysbiosis; cleanse and repair your liver so you can detox properly; the liver has the most functions in the body. Boost your immune system with proper nutrients, immune boosters (like transfer factor), vitamin C high dosage, zinc, etc. Use homemade yoghurt or kefir, cultured veggies, that works in the long run.

Also take care of any inflammation in the gut, because probiotics do not implant on an inflammed gut wall.

You're fed up with candida and I understand; but if there was a program that would make us better in one month, we'd all be on it. There's no such thing.

And also everyone is different, so it's pretty much trial and error. But if I were you, since you seem quite unwell, I'd also try and get the help of an excellent naturopathic physician - I say excellent, because then they can take you out of this mess. I dont think you can do it alone. I couldn't this time.
