making my own water kefir...a breeze to make...i've been in candida hell for over 5 years....nothing has had the results of kefir...a miracle IMO....also gave up beer which is the worst possible thing in the world for candida...I'm going to be pounding kefir...my brain fog lifted, my balance problems are gone. still have a long way to go but it's barely been 2 weeks
