I took a tbsp at a time and the ratio is 1:1 SE/DGL.

The tea was also 1:1 pau d arco/black walnut. I used 1 cup herb to 4 cups of water.


As for the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement people do your research then form your own truth, based on your common sense. The only person that knows what is best for your body is YOU! Trust your best judgments after studying all the facts.

I am only writing what I personally did. I don't follow any ones protocol, rather than I use my own common sense and listened to my body! There's is a wealth of information out there. Buddha said it best, Believe nothing, no matter where you heard it, even if I said it. Unless it resonates with your own common sense.

I get annoyed at people bashing stuff they know NOTHING about personally!
