Re: Desperation insomnia

I also have this problem (I'm 25 yr old female with candida and af). The most common time for me to wake up is 4am.
Things that affect my sleep
Vitamin C- it used to calm me, but now i notice it actually increases my anxiety symptoms.
Not enough calories- I am thin and would be even thinner, but if I don't eat enough, my blood Sugar can't stay up. Last night i woke up every hour (eating some when i did) and knew that it was because I didn't eat but 1,000 calories the day before. I checked my blood Sugar in the morning, when I really started to have panic attack symptoms, it was at 40. Jeeze, still learning to avoid this from happening.

I'm still trying to figure out what makes for a great nights sleep with adrenal fatigue. Have you had hair analysis done? I hope to do that.

Good luck! Sweet short dreams <3
