You might want to look into zinc (bioavailable), it might help with brain fog along with Vitamin C (preferably natural source again like lemons, camu camu, indian gooseberry etc). Don't take Vit C after noon, do it before that.
Add virgin coconut oil 1 tbsp before lunch and go upto 3 tbsps, one before each meal. Also add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tbsp cod liver oil every day. This might help you.
