I will capitalize the highlights for easy scanning... Sleep is mediated by Choline ["coe-leen"] levels in the mid-brain Hippocampus. No Choline (and this could be a digestion issue) and the Hippocampus can actually get permanently damaged. Choline is found in gently-cooked (poached) Egg Yolks and Lecithin from Soybeans. If you aren't digesting such mellow fats you might look into supplementing with Hydrochloric Acid/HCL taken with meals; or take a full-spectrum digestive enzyme supplement; or at minimum use meat tenderizer/Papaya on meats and fresh Pineapple for Papain.
Avoid gut-eating "B.R.O.W.S." grains containing Gluten as if the guts and liver seem so beat up. No Barley, Rye, Oats, Wheat, Spelt. I suspect cilia-eating Gluten Intolerance is mediated by a bug or
parasite like Candida. The goal is to avoid Leaky Gut with toxins flowing into the bloodstream from holes eaten into the G.I. Tract. Try some whole Rice; or whole Corn chips (tortillas baked in oven are great) if you are sure you have no Corn allergy. Avoid fried foods as they block the receptors for real fats and oils Adrenals need.
Candida releases a toxin so powerful, Acetaldehyde, that it can cause virtually every symptom including insomnia. The ONLY thing that detoxes liver-and-tissue-eating Acetaldehyde is Pantethine, the metabolized form of Pantothenic Acid, B-5. This also lowers cholesterol. I would avoid all sugar, fake sugars and sweet fruits and vegetables. Above all, no yeast breads. Rice crackers are OK. Bananas are OK as they do not feed yeast. Take Caprylic Acid to kill Candida at least weekly; or get the harder to find Undecylenic Acid.
Antibiotic exposure makes this a must, including
Antibiotics in food.
One Candida and pathogen-killer is Erythritol, a five-carbon
Sugar that uptakes into the bad guys that can only thrive on six-carbons, so they die. Erythritol causes no diarrhea as may larger doses of five-carbon Xylitol, also a great bug killer. You may also take Oregon Grape Root tea to whack back stray parasites. Don't forget mid-brain chemicals are made chiefly in the G.I. tract. Heal any Leaky Gut from holes bored in by
parasites or Candida with R-Lipoic Acid, or the less active Alpha Lipoic Acid; take this with meals as it is slightly irritating.
DHEA is an over-the-counter Adrenal hormone. Males can easily tolerate 10-25mg as needed in the DHEA form that can turn into Testosterone and other hormones. DHEA removes cold hands and feet and anxiety. It can make one too perky so take in the morning. Women may test their happy response to DHEA with 5-10mg as needed. Don't take constantly as this makes the Adrenals lazy. IF you feel better 20 minutes after taking DHEA, you have self-diagnosed Adrenal Collapse/Adrenal Insufficiency. Women should take the KETO-7 form of DHEA as it will not form Testosterone or lower the voice pitch. Testing with DHEA itself is OK to start; use KETO-7 long-term, and not daily as noted.
Consider using some Silver Colloid water to thin out bugs and parasites, easily cooked up with three nine-volt batteries in series red to black (get three snap clips at Radio Shack and three alligator clips). Get a foot of 14 gauge .9999 fine pure silver wire at C.C. Silver & Gold in Phoenix, Arizona, and cut into six
inch lengths. Insert through a little wooden stick 3/8" apart and not touching; parallel, with 1/4" sticking out to hook alligator clips to. Insert into distilled water and "cook" for 1/2 hour until it throws white clouds of silver off. Carefully unhook and store batteries as they can short out and start a fire. Or use a commercial Silver Colloid.
When you get up in the morning, wake up the liver with a Tablespoon of fresh Lemon Juice in two cups of hot, spring or filtered water. Lemon will alkalize the system and the Adrenals need plenty of mineral salts, not just
table salt , so use Mrs. Dash to get a variety of minerals or use Kelp. Adrenals need plenty of Essential Fatty Acids/EFA's and this can be administered transdermally, that is, on the skin; or in the diet. Don't use Flax Seed oil as this blocks the uptake of
Iodine to the Thyroid. Avoid Beans and Raw Carrots for this same reason. Have a nice, medium-rare (not overcooked) well-marbled Ribeye Steak every week for fats and use plenty of mineral salts. Vitamin C may be reactive for some if demineralized. Magnesium is robbed by Candida.
Might want to try some cheap Lysine as this is a natural anti-viral; and no chocolate as the Arginine it contains is a pro-viral. Eat plenty of high-quality fats and oils; and lots of mineral salts the Adrenals need. Please be patient, knock off the hit-and-miss supplements, and pray for day-to-day guidance.
