Re: Desperation insomnia
Hello Konnor
Sorry to hear about what it is you are going through, as I as well as other's here can definitely relate.
My recommendations would be to start yourself on a Candida Free diet -- at the very least get off all dairy and see how your body reacts.
I agree with the other response -- definitely start dosing yourself with magnesium orally but especially and more importantly externally as in taking a foot bath in
Epsom Salts , which can be bought in any drugstore. Keep in mind that the temperature of the water should be only moderately warm at best -- if you don't attain that and make it too hot, your body will not absorb the magnesium but instead will start detoxing, which from the sounds of it is not what you are striving for.
For cortisol issues, have you looked into trying L-Theanine or Relora? Both have to be taken religiously to have any real effect on the body whatsoever.
Other recommendations I would encourage you to consider?
Find a knowledgeable naturopath in your vicinity who can help you start to rectify your issues one step at a time. You need someone who has experience in how to rebuild the body given what you have listed. You can't ignore the problem and hope it will just go away on it's own volition. You need to find someone who can assist you in slowly making your way back to a balanced state.
Craniosacral work along with some form of very mild exersize out doors such as walking might help you as far as resetting your nervous system so it isn't in the mode it is currently in.
Good luck, don't allow yourself to panic if you are still having difficulty in falling/staying asleep as this only will make it worse. And know that by no means are you alone whilst you are going through the hours of wakefulness!
