Re: Desperation insomnia

Thanks for all those tips. Keeping calm and anxious free is very tricky when you haven't slept or are constipated. Understandable given what your body is going through. Magnesium is worth a punt and I think I have some cheapo citrate capsules lieing around.

I am on a candida diet and have been for a while. It's very hypogallergenic whilst still being quite varied with 20 different veg, oils, seeds, meat and grains. I'm unfortunately intolerant to nuts.

Alas we don't have naturopaths in this country, at least not any that have the level of training familiar to those in America. I have just started working with a practioner in the US, having taken a few tests and sent them across so fingers crossed.

Has anyone found a way to successfully target the brain fog if it's either due to bowel toxicity or weak adrenals? I know addressing the cause is the only way to get lasting results but some temporary relief would be very helpful.

Apologies for the negative and desperate nature of my previous post! Sometimes you just wanna get some thoughts out there and hear from likeminded peeps.

Ta,
