I read those 2 links and they are totally bogus at trying to debunk WAPF. The WAPF promotes LOCALLY sourced whole food and nutrient dense foods that are particularly high in vitamin A & D, and they promote meat from animals that are treated humanely as well as foods from high quality soils so we as humans can benefit from all the vitamins and minerals in FOOD, so maybe we wouldnt have to rely on SUPPLEMENTS. The conclusions of WAPF are based on factual research done by a doctor who studied cultures that were not influences by the "white-man" diet, he found these cultures were in perfect health. Please read Nutritional and Physical Degeneration. WAPF is a non-profit organizations that doesnt support any beef or milk agribusiness. If you just choose whatever sources you want to believe as truth and post them haphazardly on your forum I can no longer see this forum as credible even though you are a very sharp person. 97% of all soy is Genetically-Modified-Organisms and on top of that unfermented soy if awful for your health dispite your claims. We are here to try and get healthy and just because you ARE healthy doesnt give you any right to say "Im healthy and I eat soy" thats BS. I ate McDonalds for 24 years of my life then developed serious problem there after. Does that mean that when I was healthy I was healthy because I was eating McDonald's? I think not!!!!! Come on Hver you are too smart to fall for the propaganda from those links you provided!!!!!!
