If you lived in a reality whereby people were clubbing your children you may then require such an endorsement of non clubbing, by a well know non clubber, especially if people were effectivly influenced by that endorsement. Its just one tool on the stage and can be guided with intent behind it.

We see endorsements because they are very effective methods of influencing on the stage of reality. Trouble is they are too often used to leverage things that are not in our best interests.
