I like to get a bit of sun everyday, but I'm very fair skinned and where I live there is a large hole in the ozone layer sitting right on top of us, so sungazing would provide energy and cataracts, its not very practical in 45C heat either.

lol, I'm giving up on the whole 'quote out of context thing', I have provided the link to the original post, so hopefully anyone reading that thread will be able to follow it. I really do try not to give offence but maybe I came across as too blunt, my Dad always said I have the sublety of a truck running over your foot.
