Re: A question for you.

Gina, just want to tell you up front here that from having observed your posts the past few months, at times I get the impression that you are somebody who is honestly trying to study and learn and think for yourself about the complicated things going on in this world. Good for you and keep up the effort if this is in fact what you are about. As such I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt to any individual who appears to be trying hard against great odds to figure out difficult circumstances we live in/under. This said, I've also noticed a recurring theme in many of your posts is along the lines of "we can all be gods, our 'reality' is whatever we want/think it to be". To me, the latter kind of effort sort of defeats the purpose of the former, especially for how it reeks of new age doctrine, one that is constantly trying to convince people that all they need to do during these troubled times is close their eyes, click ruby-heals three times and POOF!, true reality goes away and is fixed by whatever false reality a person choses to be their reality; denial by any other name.

Just one example from many I could pick from to give: regardless of how I or you or anyone else choses to perceive an ugly world, no matter how hard we try to "make our reality whatever we need it to be", to pretty it up, harsh things are happening in this world, non-stop, 24-7. People in Iraq and Afghanistan, for instance, are still hurting, are still being bombed to smitherenes, are still starving, no matter which wishy-washy perception you or I choose to apply to their their condition.
