Yeah, I can't believe it's been 10 days already. In fact I just got my period today and have had like no cramps at all. I usually have a painful first day w/ cramps and feel nauseous. My flow has been real heavy too the last few months. In January a CT scan showed an ovarian cyst that I still haven't seen a doctor for. It will be interesting to see what happens after I'm done cleansing. I am going to do a parasite cleanse and then I'm liver bound...
I'm sooooo glad I found this site and Dr. Clark's book. Take care.
