I had that long flat tan/brownish thing in my stool yesterday.
Ive been doing these cleanses that i had to see what it was(i almost got sick myself,but had to find out if worm or mucus).
Looking at it it was about 3 inches rolled up in a bunch,had wider piece at front(almost like head),lite black spots on head as well.

I have done colonics for months,and havent seen these things for awhile.Then i went and did 2 Liver Flushes and it seems i either sitrred up something else from liver(hope so) or I'm going in reverse with my healing process(God i hope not!).

Just thought I'd share,as the liver seems to be holding some of these wonderful creatures as well.
OOhh also, i get occassional white fluffy transparent stuff which is most likely candida,which i have been also fighting.
I can not wait to cleanse myself of all this sh^&!!!!
