I've wondered the same thing of why some do good on it, some do bad. Maybe you are on to something about the copper. Blackstrap molasses makes me feel bad. I thought it was the sugar, and maybe it still is. Most sugars seem to make me feel bad. But I think I have copper overload too, so who knows, maybe that's part of why it makes me feel bad.
Hey, while I'm here, maybe you can help me figure this out. Being that I think I may have copper overload, I tried taking some zinc the other day, some ionic zinc. I got extremely nauseous, which rarely ever happens to me, immediately after taken it. You, or anyone have a clue what that was about?
