Mag oil/Chloride Q

Do other folks who bought magnesium oil know if they have just magnesium chloride or other trace minerals in it as well?

See, firtly i made my own by purcahsing mag chloride flakes off ebay and adding water (i wasn't sure back then so i just did 33% mag chl by volume)

It did make me feel more energetic and better fairly quickly but it also sometimes made me feel a bit anxious and angry.

Then I bought some mag oil from a uk site and it also had trace minerals in as well as it was just condensed sea water.

This had a totally different effect in me from the stuff i made and made me really fatigued.

So, does anyone know if most mag oil just mag chloride or trace minerals as well?

Which is best to use?

Is it possible to OD on trace minerals?
I previously thought it wasn't and trace mienrals would only ever do you good but came across some article today that said it was possible to take too many. Seeing I already take a fair bit of unrefined Sea Salt it's got me wondering.
