just add water and voila - mag oil. Funny how some vendors charge a fortune for a little wet mag chloride isn't it ? For a kick I've solubilized phosphatidyl glycine and used it in making that "oil". Enhanced transdermodynamics and esp when a tiny amount of surfactant is added further.
