red rice is my fav. kinda costly but worth it. I'm the only one around here who likes it but can't imagine why that should be. I don't think time of day means much regarding stomach acids though or if it does, I'm not aware of any connection. Its insoluble in acid but soluble in alkali such as the little intestine. I don't know anything about Azomite(TM) powder and am generally averse to most mineral supplements but make exception in the case of the 6 because its only present in the bran to a tiny extent and I dont want to eat the red everyday.
Do you like river rice ? I love it, comes from canada/minnesota.
