You sound like my daughter...
Hi Sprite!
You are a curezone forum poster's dreamchild! A miracle just waiting to happen! Great health is just around the corner for you.
To answer your question, YES, not having a BM will hurt you. DEATH BEGINS IN THE COLON! Remember that. But you are now way ahead of the game. You are taking the first step by asking questions. Never stop asking questions. Good health is something that no one will ever know EVERYTHING. We are all in that process of learning.
Enemas are great---the coffee ones are great. But, don't forget there are others---epsom salt, baking soda, etc. So many to choose from.
No one is going to beat you up on this forum or lecture you. We have all been there. Besides, it is not allowed. (except in the war and
Politics Forum ! Ha!) We will just help you. We took that first step once and if you have hours to read, you will find that to be true. It's hard to change your life. It's easier to maintain the lifestyle you have grown accustomed. But, it can be done.
Baby steps first.
Read
Dr. Schulze and Dr. Clark on the homepage. There is tons of information there. They are masters.
Dr. Schulze speaks from being told he had little time to live to now being in the best of health! You will learn all about the different cleanses and the
Colon Cleanse is VERY important, but so is the
parasite cleanse, (you mentioned that one) the liver cleanse, etc! Don't leave them out.
Water is so important. Begin by drinking a little and work your way up to drinking as much as you can. Before you know, you won't be able to live without it. (literally)
There have been problems with the B&P shakes, so since you already have problems with not being able to eliminate and also, because drinking water is SO important with these shakes, you may have serious problems. If you do, stop them immediately!! Instead, check out your local health food store for a good colon cleansing program. There are several. Just do something.
Have you thought about juicing? It's a whole new way of living.
Happy road to recovery!
