Thanks for the info. I still havent had a BM but I dont have any pain or anything, I am still taking the shakes. I exercise every other day, have since Jan. and I thought for sure with the extra fiber and the exercises would get things moving but I guess I was wrong. Do you think I should do another enema since I havent gone since the last one Sunday?? Well I was joking with my family that after that enema I wouldnt go for a month! lol Yeah have thought about juicing, I bought a juicer last week but the first thing I made with it was gross! I have only tried veggies though, I thought it would be good for me since I never eat any. I think I will have to start with fruit and start sneaking in small amounts of veggies. I have added yogurt to my diet and quit smoking on Jan. 1st, that is also when I started exercises (bellydancing) have took off 16 lbs. So I am working on trying to get healthy it is just going to take me awhile. Do you think I should still do the shakes or what?
