Wow! Thanks for all the info! Am writing it down. Yeah she does use the microwave alot. I will have to check on that. I think some of her problem is cheese. You would not believe how much she eats! Cheese on everything! Tried to get her to cut down on it, well really wanted her to go without it for a week to see how she felt but she seems to not be able to.
